Today I am going to show you that how can you remove moisture from your Coriander Seeds. Generally this problem occurs in rainy season.

Follow these simple steps and you will see how you can make your coriander seeds alive again with that crispness.

 

Steps

We have 1/2 Cup (Our 1 Cup = 240 ML) of moisture ridden Coriander Seeds. Moisture generally takes away the crispness of seeds, aroma and fragrance. Moisture ridden coriander seed
Heat a pan on medium flame. Once it is heated, turn the stove on low flame. Add Coriander seeds and roast for about 5 minutes. Stir them continuously to avoid burns.
After 5 minutes, swith off the stove and keep them aside to cool down. The heat would have extracted the moisture from coriander seeds.
