Mint Olive Chutney is a combination of ingredients but is strong on the health side. It has Mint and Olive along with Curd to make it tasty and healthy.
- 10 Number Green Olives
- 1 Cup Mint leaves (Fresh)
- 1/4 Cup Curd (Yogurt) (Unsweetened )
- 1/2 Tsp White Sugar
- 2 Number Green Chili
- 1/3 Tsp Salt
- Add all ingredients in a grinder jar i.e Mint leaves, Green chilies, Salt, Sugar, Olives and Curd.
- Grind them to make fine paste. Don’t be surprised that the Mint Olive Chutney is ready to serve. yes, it just takes two minutes to get ready.
You can virtually serve this chutney with any food that you like except the sweet ones! Keep it on the table center so that anyone can pick it up eat anytime and not necessarily at the dining time.
By anytime, i mean that you can also make a sandwich with Mint Olive Chutney at the center, for example, and eat it on the go!
