Pudina Chutney (Mint Chutney) Recipe In Words

Yield: For 1 cup Mint Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  2. 1 cup Curd
  3. 1″ inch Ginger
  4. 1 Onion
  5. 1 Tomato
  6. 1/4 Black salt
  7. 1/4 tsp Salt
  8. 1 Green chili
  9. 3 Tsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Take a grinder jar. Add chopped Onion.
  2. Add chopped ginger, mint leaves and green chili.
  3. Add salt, black salt and grind it.
  4. Grind into fine paste. Add lemon juice, curd and grind again for few seconds.
  5. Mint Sauce (Pudina chutney) is ready.
  6. Keep in mind that curd should be added only after mint sauce is ready and blended once.
