Indian Beans Burrito is a fancy name and has a reflection in a Mexican dish fondly called Beans Burrito. Mexicans make it with lots of cheese and red kidney beans (Rajma).

As we are also very fond of eating Rajma here in North India, I thought of making this modified version as per Indian taste.

The major difference between Mexican beans burrito and this recipe is that they use cheese which we are not using. They use All-purpose-flour (Maida) for their chapati but I am using wheat flour to keep the recipe healthy and digestive.

This recipe also showcases a good way of making your fuzzy child eat his food. You may have also seen the roti wrap that your mom would have given you in your childhood. This is basically the same thing with a fancy name
