Aloo Bonda is primarily the South Indian snack. I was in Bangalore some time ago and remember eating them a lot. They are nice snack to have when hunger strikes at odd times. They contain aloo (potato) in good quantity to fill your stomach easily for at least 2-3 hours.
They are mostly eaten with Coconut Chutney or if you are the one who likes to try your favorite snacks with new flavors of chutneys, then you may try this spicy version of coconut chutney with a flavor of Garlic and red Chilies.
The same Aloo bonda when combined with Pav in Mumbai gives origin to a new dish called Vada Pav. Isn’t it interesting!
