We have already peeled and chopped raw Mango into small pieces as shown in ingredients image. If you have not done so, please do it now. Then, add peeled & chopped raw mango pieces, Sugar and water in a pressure cooker.
We now need to boil these raw mangoes. Cover the lid of the pressure cooker. Bring it a boil (1 whistle) on high flame and then switch off the stove. Do not open the lid of the pressure cooker till it has steam/pressure in it.
Once the steam of Cooker has vanished on its own (Just raise the whistle blower and if it does not blow or steam does not come out, then steam is Off), open the cooker and keep it aside to cool down at room temperature. It will take about 7-10 minutes to cool down.
Once boiled Mango has cooled down, add it to the grinder jar and grind it to a smooth paste/syrup.
