This is one of my favorite...This way of serving the bread pakora is usually common with street vendors in Delhi...i remember..me and my friends used to eat Kashyap's brad pakora in Kamla nagar market in delhi...This is exactly the same thing.... Also, i have always eaten it at home with the tomato ketchup..ketchup is boring and this is in!!

The ice cubes are required to actually mix the cream and icing sugar. When you mix all three of them, you would see that after a while, the ice cubes (will turn into water) and icing sugar mix would get separated. You need to separate the water from the thick cream mixture.
