Take a bowl, beat cream & icing sugar with ice cubes till it become thick. Keep the mixture in refrigerator for about 15min.

Cut the thin layer of icing from center with the help of a knife dipped in hot water. Mark dots all over on the center part of icing with yellow color.

Note: if you are using pineaaple pieces than add the pineapple pieces in cream and icing sugar (from step 1).
