  1. Boil chane with water and keep aside for later use.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  3. Add curry leaves, fry chopped onion till become brown in color.
  4. Now add chopped tomato.
  5. Add salt & coriander powder. Mix well & cook till tomatoes become soft.
  6. Now add boiled chane without water and mix well.
  7. Cover the pan for about 5 minutes and let it cook on low flame.
  8. When cooked sprinkle washed and chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
  1. Black Chane/ chickpeas - 1/2 Cup
  2. Onion Paste - 2
  3. Coconut Oil - 1 Tsp
  4. Kadi Patta/ Curry Leaves - 10
  5. Tomato - 2
  6. Salt - To Taste
  7. Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
  8. Coriander Leaves Chopped - 1 Tbsp
