Boil chane with water and keep aside for later use.

Heat coconut oil in a pan.
|

Add curry leaves, fry chopped onion till become brown in color.
|
|
Now add chopped tomato.
|
|
Add salt & coriander powder. Mix well & cook till tomatoes become soft.
|
|
Now add boiled chane without water and mix well.
|
|
Cover the pan for about 5 minutes and let it cook on low flame.
|
|
When cooked sprinkle washed and chopped coriander leaves.
|
|
Serve and enjoy.
