Chop onions and green chilies very finely in a bowl.

Add Red chili powder, Amchoor, Garam Masala, hing, Coriander Powder, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Ajwain/Cumin Seeds, chopped Green Chilies and salt. Mix well.

Prepare dough of wheat flour. Mix water and make smooth dough.
|
|
Make medium size chapati with the help of dry wheat flour (powder).
|
|
Keep the onion mixture in the middle of chapati, Wrap and close the chapati from all the sides.

Now again roll it and make chapati/ parantha.
|
|
Cook on a pre-heated Tawa (flat griddle plate). Turn it and spread 1 tsp of oil or butter.

|
Shallow fry over medium flame. Turn it and again spread oil or butter on the other side.
|
|
Cook on a medium flame till it become golden brown in color from both the sides.
|
|
Serve hot with yoghurt (curd) and your choice of chutney/sauce.
