Soak dal and rice at night in water.

Sieve and grind the them in a mixer with very little water (try not to add more than 2-3 tsp of water). Make rough paste.

Now take the dal & rice paste in a bowl. Add salt, red chili powder, amchoor, garam masala, baking soda, chopped green chilies and tomato. Mix well.

Beat the mixture for about 5 mintues.

Heat griddle and spread 1/2 Tsp of oil and 1 Tbsp oof prepared mixture. Make a small round shape chilla.

Once it is half cooked, flip it and spread 1/2 tsp of oil all around the chilla.
|
|
Let it cook till it become golden brown from both the sides on medium flame.
|
|
Repeat the same with the remaining mixture and make small size Chillas.
|
|
Serve hot with green Coriander chutney and tomato sauce. Enjoy!!!
