Peel & wash potatoes.

Grate them, add 1 tbsp salt.
|
|
Keep aside for 10min & squeeze to remove water.
|
|
Add corn flour in potaoes & mix well.
|
|
Heat oil in a pan. Take 2 strainers (Filter) & dip them in hot oil.
|
|
Spread some potato mix on one strainer (Filter) & press with the other strainer. Dip in hot oil & fry till potato become golden brown in color.
|
|
Remove from oil. Loose the sides with the help of knife.
|
|
Keep basket aside for about 10-12min to make them crisp.
|
|
FILLING:

|
Steam sprouts and take them out in a bowl.
|
|
Mix onion, green chilly, coriander, salt, red chilly powder & chat masala to taste in sprouts.
|
|
Take potato basket and fill this mixture in it.
|
|
Add some chaat masala to beaten curd and pour it on top of the potato basket mixture.
|
|
Pour some pudina chutney & tamarind (khatti) chutney on it.
|
|
Serve chill.
|
