Squeeze curd to remove liquid, beat well to make it smooth.

Add all other ingredients (Carrot, Cabbage, Cucumber, mustard powder, Powdered sugar, Pepper and salt, except cream, mix well.

Gradually mix the cream taking care not to thin down the mixture.

Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about ½ hr.

Cut the corners of bread. Apply prepared paste on all slices.

Join 2 slices cut into two triangle sandwiches shape and serve them with sauce.
