  1. Soak sago in sufficient water for about 2hrs before cooking.
  2. Boil potatoes with water and keep aside to cool. Then peel off & grate them in a bowl.
  3. Remove the water from sago completely and mix it with the grated potatoes.
  4. Now mix Crushed Ground Nuts, Chopped Ginger, Green Chilies Chopped, Chopped Coriander leaves, Bread Slices crushed, Onion, Anardana, Raisin, Grated Dry Coconut and Black Pepper in sago & potato mixture.
  5. Prepare smooth paste of the mixture to make cutlets.
  6. Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the cutlets.
  7. Now take small amount of potato mixture in your hand and make ball shape cutlets.
  8. Now deed fry all the cutlets in oil till they become golden brown in color, then take out the cutlets from the oil.
  9. Serve hot with your choice of sauce/chutney.
  1. Potato - 500gm
  2. Sago - 150gm
  3. Crushed Ground Nuts - One Tbsp
  4. Chopped Ginger - As per taste
  5. Green Chilies Chopped - 03-Feb
  6. Chopped Coriander leaves - 50gm
  7. Bread Slices - 02-Jan
  8. Onion - One
  9. Pomegrranate seeds (Anardana) - ½ Tsp
  10. Raisin - 20
  11. Grated Dry Coconut - 02-Jan
  12. Black Pepper - ¾ Tsp
