Soak sago in sufficient water for about 2hrs before cooking.

Boil potatoes with water and keep aside to cool. Then peel off & grate them in a bowl.

Remove the water from sago completely and mix it with the grated potatoes.
|

Now mix Crushed Ground Nuts, Chopped Ginger, Green Chilies Chopped, Chopped Coriander leaves, Bread Slices crushed, Onion, Anardana, Raisin, Grated Dry Coconut and Black Pepper in sago & potato mixture.

Prepare smooth paste of the mixture to make cutlets.

Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the cutlets.
|
|
Now take small amount of potato mixture in your hand and make ball shape cutlets.
|
|
Now deed fry all the cutlets in oil till they become golden brown in color, then take out the cutlets from the oil.

|
Serve hot with your choice of sauce/chutney.
