Warm milk on a gas stove.

Put ¼ tsp of curd in a jar and mix warm milk in it.
|
|
Now shuffle the milk in two jars so that your curd will mix completely in warm milk.
|
|
Keep bowl/jar in a warm place for 4 to 5hrs.
|
|
After that curd will become thick. Now you can place the curd in refrigerator to cool.
|
|
Serve chill.
|
|
You will get 1 kg of curd approx. from 1 litre of milk.

Note: if you are making curd in winters then you have to mix 1/3 tsp of curd to hot milk and wrap the bowl with warm cloth for upto 8hrs.
