  1. Boil grated ghiya with One tbsp water. Keep it aside to cool.
  2. Mix curd and put ghiya in it.
  3. Add salt, cumin, crushed mint leaves and Green Chili.
  4. Mix well and serve chill.
  1. Curd (yogurt) - 1kg
  2. Coriander leaves chopped - 25gm
  3. Crushed mint leaves - 1Tsp
  4. Green chili chopped (Optional) - One
  5. Black Pepper - To taste
  6. Roasted cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
  7. Small Size Gourd (Ghiya) - One
  8. Salt - To taste
