Most of us would agree that we all make plans to join a gym, start playing our favorite game or follow baba Ramdev's yoga by getting up at 5 AM but 4-5 days of initial excitement dies down soon.
And once that happens, we try to find a perfect diet plan that can reduce weight. But, you would agree with me that there is no such perfect diet that fits all. Every body is different, its metabolism rate is different and hence diet is also different.
